Freezer Fudge

Whether you’re going camping, vacationing or need a quick and easy dessert to satisfy your cravings, this is it! Packed with healthy fat, this won’t increase your blood sugar levels or cause sugar cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp stevia extract (or liquid)
  • Dash of Pink Himalayan sea salt

Directions – Melt the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl until a liquid consistency. Add the cocoa powder and stevia and mix well until there are no lumps. Pour the liquid into an ice cube tray, careful not to overfill. Sprinkle the sea salt over each cube and place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Take them out and place in a closed container in the fridge!
